My name is Dimitry Devdariani, I am a film and theatre director, poet and playwright. I teach craft of actor at Cambridge Russian Academy and truly enjoy working with children and young people.
I was born in Tbilisi, Georgia, where I studied at the State Institute of Culture, department of Comparative Anthropology. Upon my move to UK, I decided to enter acting course at the School of the Science of Acting and after completing it, continued my education under the guidance of well-known theatre director, Victor Sobchak.
I directed more than forty productions. Not long ago I directed my first short film. I have written numerous stage plays as well as screenplays.
My hobbies include poetry, drawing and alternative spirituality.
